Senior Software Engineering Lead – Java/Python & Cloud, Gen AI

We’re looking for a hands-on Software Engineer to design, build, and productionize AI agentic systems powered by LLMs, LangChain, and AutoGen. You’ll work across the stack-from prompt and tool design to back-end services and MLOps-to deliver secure, reliable, and cost-efficient AI capabilities at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build agentic workflows using LangChain/LangGraph and AutoGen with tool calling, multi-agent coordination, and safe tool execution.
• Implement RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, retrieval, ranking) with vector stores (e.g., Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Ship robust services (Python/TypeScript) with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and cost/latency optimization.
• Integrate with enterprise systems via APIs, message buses, and event-driven architectures; design function/tool schemas.
• Apply Responsible AI practices-prompt injection defenses, content filters, PII/PHI redaction, audit logging, and human-in-the-loop.
• Establish offline/online LLM evals (accuracy, hallucination rate, safety) using frameworks like Ragas/DeepEval/LangChain Eval.
• Guide and mentor junior developers to foster team growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
