We seek a Per Diem Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions. Per Diem Pharmacists are classified as temporary employees and work on an intermittent basis.
This is a relief position to cover for our permanent Pharmacists at our Las Vegas Pharmacies when needed. Schedule of Genoa Healthcare Pharmacies are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Candidates must have some availability during that time.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
- Provides information to customers about medications and their use
- Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service
- Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
- Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
- Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Reliable Car, insurance, and clean driving background
- Current pharmacist license in state of Nevada
The hourly range for this role is $43.17 to $84.95 per hour based on full-time employment.. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
