As a part of OptumCare, the largest network of medical groups in the nation,  is seeking a Full Time On-Site Solutions Physician to join our team in Plano, TX. At Optum, we are transforming healthcare nationally while providing Physician-led care locally.
 

Position Highlights:

  • Deliver the highest quality primary care services including:
  • Wellness and Preventative Physical Exams
  • Acute care of minor illness and injuries
  • Chronic Disease Management and Longitudinal care
  • Lifestyle and well-being counseling
  • Medical management of behavioral health conditions
  • Telemedicine services
  • Provide clinical leadership of worksite staff

Required Qualifications:

  • Board certification or Board Eligible (as a resident) Family Medicine, Internal Medicine

     

  • An unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • CPR certified (or able to obtain prior to start)
  • 2+ years of experience working independently as a Physician

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, ambulatory care, family medicine, or internal medicine setting

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $222,500 – $376,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
