This position is responsible for Quality Assurance program activities by providing process and operational support to the functions within Business Operations. Positions in this function are responsible to perform quality reviews and to provide feedback to their leaders that support continuous quality improvements. This role requires engagement and collaboration across LPS.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work independently and collaborate with team members across LPS
  • Communicate with leadership for training when a knowledge gap is identified
  • Act upon leadership feedback of issues identified and develop action plans for solutions
  • Support QA solutions that serve the needs of operations in understanding review results and actions taken to resolve gaps in the process
  • Use relevant computer systems and software (EQT, Reporting Systems, OLC, operations systems, MS Office) effectively
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to solve issues
  • Understand the organization’s operations, products, applications, strategies, processes, and business priorities for effective outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes based on root cause findings and trends in process gaps
  • Act as a resource to others on the team and department
  • Perform Quality reviews to validate process accuracy and input findings into EQT
  • Log daily productivity into EQT
  • Communicate issues/gaps identified while performing daily activities
  • Complete other tasks as assigned
  • Solve moderately complex issues
  • Actively participate in meetings
  • Practice standard operating procedures, policies, and process knowledge of how they impact the business and operations
  • Use QA methodology when participating in projects to improve overall processes for the department and operations
  • Work with leaders on potential solutions when issues are identified during the QA review process
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Any course or Equivalent experience
  • College Graduate/ Highschool Graduate/ SHS Graduate
  • 12+ months in a role supporting a quality assurance function or RCM-related operational function within Revenue Cycle Management
  • Experience in effective communications (verbal, written, and presentation) skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of management levels within the organization including leadership
  • Knowledge in Revenue Cycle Management
  • Intermediate MS Office experiences including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Analytical skills that will lead to aiding in process improvements within the department and operations
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing to work onsite

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large, multi-function and cross geographic organization
  • Specific experience working in an RCM Operations Environment
  • Technical Tools: Understands relevant computer systems and software (i.e., Reporting Systems, Operations systems, MS Office)
