We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst 2 to join our team. This remote position involves heavy data reporting and presenting key findings to clients and leadership. The ideal candidate will have Solid analytical skills and experience with SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform complex data analysis and reporting using SQL, Databricks, and Power BI
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making
- Present key findings and insights to clients and leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of data analytics experience
- 2+ years of credit/financial reporting
- Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
- Knowledge of Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Office product suite, and other technology tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure Cosmos DB experience
- Experience in the Financial Services industry such as banking, credit companies
- Experience combining data from different systems into one report
- Project management or process improvement experience
- Proven programming skills for developing custom solutions
- Proven excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to travel occasionally, no more than once per quarter
- Proven advanced analytical skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
