Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute detailed test strategies for the RxClaim application
- Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, UFT, or TestComplete
- Work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Log and track defects, and collaborate with development teams for quick resolution
- Share regular updates on test progress, results, and quality metrics
- Promote best practices in test automation and CI/CD within the team
- Ensure all testing aligns with healthcare industry standards and regulations
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, especially in automation
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, TestComplete)
- Skilled in scripting languages like Java, Python, or VBScript
- Familiar with test management tools such as JIRA or QC/ALM
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Proven excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with RxClaim or healthcare claims systems
