This is a partner facing role meaning you will be working directly with our operational partners. This role will support end-to-end Risk Adjustment and Quality operations and their end-to-end analytical needs. The team you’ll be part of is the key information driver for a business of 12,000+ team members. Expected to work across teams in our highly matrixed environment, you’ll need to be able to translate the highly technical work you do to those that don’t naturally speak such languages.
You will help the business understand how their programs are running as well as how individual staff are performing. To succeed, you will be empowered to proactively and continuously develop reporting and analytical tools. You will also be responsible for both internal, operations, and client facing reporting. You will be expected to perform routine and ad-hoc deep dive analyses to uncover insights critical to success. You will be expected to delve deep into yet unexplored enterprise grade data warehouses using your SQL talents. Primary role functions consist of gathering business requirements, report support, and development using SQL Server, SQL Agent, Stored Procedures, Views, PowerBI, Tableau, SSRS, and Excel.
After all the SQL is written, after all the reports are created, after all the heavy technical lifting, ultimately the purpose of this role is communication and collaboration with our partners to drive the business forward.
Ideally, the individual who fills this role will become the go-to person for the programs they support. It’s easy to find a SQL coder. It’s easy to find project managers. We’re looking for that rare individual who can blend both worlds seamlessly thirsty to develop, analyze, lead, to dig in. We have been gifted talents of understanding, manipulating, and conveying data in many forms.
We aim for excellent quality and wise counsel. We genuinely serve our partners with capable means, a flexible approach, and a positive attitude. We offer our talents in our daily work as a service for others at this company which in turn provides for ourselves, our families, and our communities.
