Optum WA, (formerly The Polyclinic) is seeking a Neurology Physician to join our team in Seattle, WA . Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

Our Neurology team is part of our larger multi-specialty group which has been known in the community for years. Providers have the ability to customize their practice to suit their needs.

Practice Details
- Flexible 4-day work week
- Ability to dedicate a portion of your practice to subspecialty
- No Hospital call
- Collaborative Multispecialty group with exceptional, coordinated care
- Provider directed schedule templates
- Supportive administrative care team, allowing you to focus on patient care
Compensation/Benefits Highlights:
- $40,000 Starting Bonus + Retention Bonus
- Generous relocation for those outside of Washington State

Required Qualifications:
- Board certified/eligible in Neurology at time of employment
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
- Unrestricted DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
The salary range for this role is $244,000 to $423,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
