The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting a variety of strategic activities utilizing Member Experience data and performance metrics throughout the enterprise. The Senior Data Analyst will collect, consolidate, and analyze data that is defined and owned by various department subject-matter-experts (SMEs), payers, and/or stakeholders. This individual will collaborate with our Care Delivery Organizations (CDOs) to provide them with actionable analytics data and point-of-care visibility to CAHPS/HOS opportunities, as well as supporting internal teams on documentation and analytics processes. This role will manage projects of medium to high complexity.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages execution of standard and innovative ways to report CAHPS/ HOS measure performance levels by CDO (official and off-cycle) including verbatims, sentiment analysis, and social listening
  • Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information.  Assists in testing new reports and ongoing support of existing solutions, including defect identification and resolution 
  • Develops analysis on market level drivers for CAHPS improvement, including crossover analytics utilizing various customer feedback surveys 
  • Supports CDOs with actionable CAHPS/ HOS data analytics
  • Develop and implement framework for CAHPS/ HOS data analytics, identify and communicate best practices for CAHPS/ HOS data analysis
  • Apply predictive analytics outputs to improve member intervention targeting
  • Build models to measure intervention effectiveness
  • Transforms data into meaningful, professional, and easy to understand formats including visualizations for various audiences
  • Designs, develops, tests, documents, and maintains database queries and reports. Normalizes data as needed, and evaluates downstream business systems, processes, and/or organizational impacts
  • Develop analytics to pilot solutions for point-of-care CAHPS/ HOS opportunities  
  • Support Member Experience team with establishing and maintaining systems for outreach documentation and analytics
  • Identify key opportunity areas to collaborate on data analytics with payers and markets

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics
  • 5+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment
  • 5+ years of experience influencing and collaborating with others
  • Hands-on experience with large datasets
  • Experience managing and integrating data connections between multiple data sources
  • Intermediate experience using advanced analytic tools such as Alteryx, Python, and/or SQL
  • Solid knowledge of extracting and developing key consumer insights within a population
  • Intermediate level Excel skills – pivot tables, formulas including VLOOKUP, spreadsheet creation and updating. Intermediate level Word and PowerPoint skills – Project scope documents, project presentations, etc. Basic level SharePoint and MS Teams skills – posting documents, updating shared documents, etc.
  • Demonstrable track record of solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience using Alteryx
  • Healthcare experience
  • Proven solid communication skills (written and verbal); ability to present communication plans to customers
  • Proven ability to quickly aggregate and analyze information and draw statistically valid conclusions
  • Proven ability to thrive in an environment that is tasked with providing data-driven decision support and business intelligence that is timely, accurate and actionable
  • Proven to be highly motivated with ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
