As a Senior Manager Service Level Owner (SLO) is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of a specific IT service, ensuring it meets agreed-upon service levels and business needs. An SLO acts as a central point of contact for the service, managing its performance, availability, and overall success. This includes defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), participating in Service Level Agreement (SLA) negotiations, and driving service improvements. The Service Level Owner acts as a champion for their assigned service, ensuring it consistently delivers value to the organization while adhering to established standards and agreements.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitoring/oversight of day-to-day processing/incidents/escalations
- Comply with all Incident, Change and Problem management processes
- Required participation in war room activities related to restoration as part of high priority incidents
- Foster business partner relationships to comprehensively understand the business impact and criticality of the service
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of issues, including in -depth technical analysis, troubleshooting, analyzing, root cause and engaging appropriate SME’s as needed to drive incident resolution and problem management
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the service’s roadmap

Communicate service performance, issues, and improvement plans to stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and potentially
vendors
- Execute processes and activities that focus on restoring service after an incident occurs

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Production support including on-call rotation
- 5+ years of Linux system experience specifically with RedHat
- 3+ years of database experience SQL, DB2, MS SQL
- Experience with Bash scripting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cloud Environments
- ITSM Management experience (Service Now preferred)
- Experience with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Logic Monitor, Dynatrace
- Experience with a batch system processor (TWS, Active Batch)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
