Position in this function is responsible for supporting the financial reporting and analysis needs of various regions within IPA (independent physician associations) operations. Responsibilities may include driving quarterly financial reviews, modeling provider incentive performances, and providing analytics support for stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains financial models to assess provider incentive structures and forecast projected payments based on performance metrics
- Provides financial support to month-close process, forecasting, budgeting, and quarterly reporting
- Provides timely and actionable insights through custom analytics, including historical compensation analysis and KPI trend reporting
- Contributes to the development and refinement of incentive and operational programs by applying financial modeling and strategic analysis
- Generates various reports of financial and operating data as requested by regional leaders or finance directors
- Collaborates with finance and operations team to generate accurate IPA bonus forecasts using historical data and performance trends
- Works towards improving processes and has fair experience building and refining excel models
- Liaise with accounting department on reclassification entries and questionable items on the P&L or Balance Sheet
- Develops and maintains organized documentation for efficient department operations
- Supports performance improvement duties for the department
- Supports cross-functional initiatives and perform additional responsibilities as needed to meet evolving business needs

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years of experience within finance in healthcare
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in related area or equivalent work experience
- Computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and Outlook)
- Demonstrated Solid leadership skills
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent organization skills
- Proven to be customer service oriented
- Proven ability to interact with all levels of organization including management
- Proven excellent presentation skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
