Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret structured and semi-structured healthcare datasets
• Develop rule-based logic and predictive models for process optimization and error detection
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources using SQL and Python
• Collaborate with business, operations, and quality teams to define KPIs and reporting structures
• Prepare data validation frameworks and ensure data integrity and compliance
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Worked at least 2+ years as associate data analyst or similar in healthcare industry
• Experience in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Experience in SQL Queries and DB handling
• Solid knowledge of python, SQL, power BI, and Excel
