Positions in this function include those responsible for providing process and operational support to the functions within Business Operations family. Positions in this function may also be responsible for quality reporting, analysis and audits, and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools. They will also perform daily banking duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily banking duties
  • Fulfill and manage general support request
  • NACHA Return Listing reconciliation
  • Internal system auditing
  • Analyzing and building daily and monthly reports
  • Secondary duties include the following:
    • Outbound calls on over/under/fraud calls
    • Fulfill general requests from our Provider Support Center, i.e. general card troubleshooting and banking requests from providers
    • General communications with banks
    • Return item maintenance, i.e. exceptions, corrections, etc., and outgoing & incoming returns

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated professional phone and e-mail etiquette
  • Demonstrated solid problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of Windows-based personal computers
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proven ability to compose, format and prepare correspondence with proper spelling, punctuation and grammar

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in the payments industry
  • Banking background

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable
