The Sourcing and Procurement Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing on-boarding, off-boarding, payment set-up, and consolidation efforts of third-party suppliers/vendors. The analyst will facilitate as a SME in third-party risk and on-boarding/off-boarding third-party suppliers/vendors while working in-partnership and coordination with other impacted teams and departments across the organization. Lastly, the analyst will be responsible for incorporating and utilizing corporate-standard parameters, policies, and strategies centered on supplier management and engagement with specialty teams and departments across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Directly leads and accomplishes third-party supplier/vendor on-boarding and off-boarding as assigned
  • Supports and assists third-party supplier/vendor consolidation efforts to identify and source incumbent third-party suppliers/vendors for replacement
  • Appropriately identifies and escalates issues identified related to third-party supplier/vendor on-boarding, off-boarding, and consolidation workflows
  • Leads ongoing discussions and communications between third-party suppliers/vendors and inter-organizational teams and Business Units
  • Ensures continuous utilization and standardization of corporate policies and procedures centered on supplier management
  • Responsible for coordinating and populating reporting requests as determined by the Sourcing and Procurement Team
  • Facilitates information-gathering techniques to better understand third-party supplier/vendor scope of services
  • Successfully navigates and communicates between inter-organizational teams and departments, fostering effective and collaborative engagement and communication
  • Drives payment configuration and set-up processes as appropriate to enable third-party suppliers/vendors for payment
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in supplier/vendor management
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated critical thinking aptitude and ability to execute when directed
  • Demonstrated experience in a highly dynamic environment undergoing change; ability to deal with competing priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Products (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in Project Management, Supply Chain, or other-related field 
  • Healthcare experience
  • Experience with using ServiceNow
  • Proven to be highly organized and a multi-task-oriented individual whom can work under supervised guidance 
  • Demonstrated ability to interact one-on-one and consult with all levels of executive management and individual team members as necessary

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $48,700 to $87,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
