The Utilization Management Business Analyst Consultant is a subject matter expert in the Curo platform, providing support for new market implementations and ongoing operations. Responsibilities include system demos, documenting and refining business requirements, collaborating with product teams and stakeholders to ensure readiness, and offering post-launch and ongoing business support. The role requires the ability to drive strategic direction and represent the platform with enthusiasm for executive leadership and end users. Ideal candidates are agile, analytical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, solution-driven, and adaptable.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as SME for the Curo Utilization Management Platform
  • Apply utilization management and system expertise to support new markets
  • Demonstrate the Curo UM platform to a variety of audiences
  • Collaborate with teams on implementation progress
  • Liaise between business and technical teams
  • Document and share business requirements
  • Coordinate testing and validation efforts
  • Track and communicate market implementation updates
  • Act as primary contact for business partners
  • Present status reports to cross-functional and executive groups
  • Provide post-launch support for the Curo UM platform as directed

  • Work with technical and cross-functional teams
  • Create and document business requirements and processes
  • Test and validate business requirements
  • Analyze data for program and product needs
  • Develop process documents (policies, procedures, job aids)
  • Excellent communication with a customer-focused approach
  • Organize and track project, product, and market implementations
  • Drive changes and development to meet deadlines
  • Monitor progress using Agile project management methods
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with prior authorization and/or inpatient concurrent reviews
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required solid working knowledge of clinical and/or business workflows
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required the knowledge of solid utilization management compliance and regulatory requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working with a utilization management and/or clinical documentation system

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits re subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,800 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
