Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical insights via SQL, Power BI, etc. tools to assist in workforce management strategy
- Partner with workforce management to operationalize supply strategy
- Partner with the broader Home & Community teams to develop and provide key insights into our clinical workforce and capacity
- Enhance existing reporting to streamline processes and/or adjust to new client demands/expectations
- Generate invoices for vendors/external parties related to workforce management activities
- Monitor existing automated processes and support any failure issues

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant role (report analyst, business analyst, data analyst, etc.)
- 1+ years of experience using SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts
- Proven analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Ability to work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours (8am – 5pm)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BI tools/Power BI
- Knowledge of SharePoint and/or broader Microsoft Office 365 Suite (such as Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
- General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, processes and information flow
- Demonstrated solid written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
- Demonstrated excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
- Proven ability to pay close attention to small details that could impact results

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable
