Associate Patient Care Coordinator – Largo, FL

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM

Location: Onsite – 13220 Starkey Rd, Ste 500, Largo, FL 33773

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Checking in/out patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering billing questions
• Answering phones and managing patient medical records for a clinic
• Roles may vary based on the size of the clinic(s)
• Basic tasks are completed without review by others
• Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks
• Other tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of medical office experience (including scheduling, verifying insurances, medical records experience, etc)

Preferred Qualifications: 

• eCW experience

   

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
