Senior Software Engineering Lead- Generative AI engineer

Required Skills:

• Generative AI Expertise: Experience in – Agentic AI, LLMs, Google ADK, Anthropic MCP,  multi-agent frameworks. Prompt engineering, Evaluation frameworks, Observability
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI (asynchronous implementation).
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with GCP, Azure, or AWS for deploying AI applications.
• Database Expertise: Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Redis, ChromaDB) and traditional SQL & NoSQL databases.
• Containerization and Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Performance Optimization: Ability to conduct performance testing and optimize backend systems.

  Preferred Skills
• AI experience in Classical ML & Deep learning
• Knowledge of ReAct, HIL etc. frameworks for multi-agent AI systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Logging Tools: Proficiency in Splunk for logging and diagnostics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address challenges in cloud deployment and backend optimization.
• Understanding of ethical AI practices and governance frameworks.
