Technology Development Program Internships and Co-op

Throughout your 10-week internship or semester-long co-op, you’ll gain invaluable experience and learn from leading innovators as a member of one or more of our many technology teams engaged in life-changing work. The Technology Development Program (TDP) offers internships and co-ops in a variety of domains, as well as a development curriculum, mentoring from technology leaders. The program is open to students pursuing a degree in computer science, engineering, math, technology or science.

Technology Development Program Associates

As a full-time TDP associate, you’ll work alongside distinguished engineers and developers leveraging modern technologies to transform and improve health care with a focus on simplification, enablement, enhancement and modernization. The program consists of 12 months of training with the option of rotating into a new role after the first six months. You’ll gain invaluable experience and learn from leading innovators as a member of one or more of our many technology teams engaged in life-changing work.
