Lend Your Talents to a Good Cause
One of the programs that employees with UnitedHealth Group can participate in that promotes social responsibility and skills-based service is the Pro Bono Program. In this program, employee volunteers utilize their core expertise and skills directly to a non-profit partner organization. By leveraging industry knowledge and expertise, this program helps build and sustain nonprofits’ capacity to achieve their missions successfully. This is a way our employees can make a difference in our communities and form partnerships within and outside our organization as well as beyond their roles.
